Editing notes causes cursor to always reset to bottom
when you try to edit text at the top of a note, the cursor moves to the bottom after any change.

Hey guys I'm super new to open source contributions and I would like to see if I can be assigned and contribute to this issue if still open. This is a great opportunity for me to get involve.
Can you help me identify where the issue might be? Also, as a new contributor, any guidance or resources would be greatly appreciated.
@jlopezmarti20 As this is related to the note block id suggest looking at where the base code of the note block is which will be in autogpt_platform\backend\backend\blocks\basic.py - but i wonder if its something else in the frontend that is causing this because when its when the user types in the note block this issue happens so maybe Flow.tsx
