[Server] Let `AutoGPTAgentBlock` use other blocks as commands
Let AutoGPTAgentBlock use other blocks as commands. This will require a new type of "command/control" Link between blocks. Instead of the output of block A going to block B, C, and/or D, block A can use block B, C, and/or D. This will make building smart agents much easier.
