Try running with bash in the command line

if you are windows, u need to start wsl before running run-setup

Error when I try to run trough the wsl:

Setup a linux(e.g. ubuntu) VM using VirtualBox etc, then connect to it with vscode remote development (using ssh) or something similar. then you can work from vscode terminal directly in the ubuntu system, without the clunkiness of WSL.

Will save you a lot of time and tears in the future too.
