Redis connection won't work even though it's running and configured correctly

python -m autogpt --speak --gpt3only
Current behavior 😯
It says Redis isn't installed, but it is, including python required dependencies, I even installed the required version. Redis is installed and running and I configured everything correctly in the .env, it just won't connect. In addition, you can see it complains about _gi, which enables it to speak, but that won't work either and it fails.
Before you tell me to run the docker stack, I tried, and as I thought it didn't change a thing, both are still the same Redis after all..

Yeah I noticed that too, couldn't find anyone that had that, is it not normal? I figured so because no one said anything about that. I installed it just as it's described in the README.md

Still no dice, I setup from scratch and still the very same errors:
