Popover is changing from controlled to uncontrolled. Components should not switch from controlled to uncontrolled (or vice versa). Decide between using a controlled or uncontrolled value for the lifetime of the component.

We're seeing this happens while users are doing the tutorial in the builder. Not sure what's triggering it in ui it is but it seems that it's happening when they are selecting the highlighted calculator block
