Instructions on read.me

The code tells us to look at the read.me for auto-gpt-plugins. However, that still has the old instructions on it.

Please update the file to include how to format the json we now have to use.

I did the allowlisted_plugins in the .env then deleted the plugin_config.yaml before running and it generates a correct one

Any ideas what's going on? Do I need to convert it to JSON perhaps?

I realized I got this error..

Plugin config is invalid, continuing without plugins. Error: while parsing a flow mapping in "C:\Coderoot\AutoGPT\Pure\autogpt\plugins....\plugins_config.yaml", line 44, column 11 expected ',' or '}', but got 'scalar' in "C:\Coderoot\AutoGPT\Pure\autogpt\plugins....\plugins_config.yaml", line 55, column 1

scalar has <> on it.

That covers the whole email plugin lines shown. How do I fix this?
