About -> Conditions of Use Page: Text colour is hard coded in Admin

Please remove the markup on the text. This page is really old and the text was added with the Summer Note package.

The text on this page does not "inherit" in the dark mode and looks really weird. (#1166). This is the only About page with this problem.

I am not able to edit the text to fix it. (The Summer Note plugin starts choosing yellow, etc, when trying to make it black/white. The color picker of Summer Note seems to be broken. Maybe the fonts are broken for this plugin as indicated by the yellow.)

This page has translations (in the admin) for all five interface language. So just the markup needs to be fixed.
