Runtime changes to plugin.uiSchema and plugin.schema do not refresh the config screen

As the title says.

Basically, if your plugin code, for instance, disables a uiSchema widget or changes the state of the schema itself (adds a property for example) the config screen does not automatically update. Note: refreshing the screen will display the update.
