Path updates to align with v2 API.

This will break WilhelmSK.

Before we start changing this stuff, we should figure out how to support v1 and v2

Please do not try to start changing the existing stuff to match v2.

@sbender9 sure, but eventually existing stuff needs to change and there is going to be a considerable period of time with a mix of 1.x and 2.x in the server population.

Or to put it differently: what do you propose as the strategy going forward with V2? (we should take this discussion elsewhere, as this is not just about n2k-signalk).
