Instrument panel implemented as a grid with draggable & resizable components
it should be possible to display on the widget the history of the values (maybe https://github.com/mapbox/react-tangle for scaling) and bootstrapping from server the history
we would need a widget to display a map centered on the boat or have a map in the background and be able to position the widgets freely.
To save bandwidth and CPU, it should be possible to unsubscribe widgets/paths that are not displayed on the active grid.

The current InstrumentPanel is pretty utilitarian - a bit of visual design would not hurt, including a night palette.
