ground under the ksc not visible (ksp 1.10)

hello the problem is the KSC is floating and the ground is not visible, well I dont know what to say more but I hope someone can help me out

this mod is not up to date with 1.10

there are some major issues that require addressing and I cannot work on it at the moment

in the meantime you could try this fix, see if it helps you

This is not the OP but someone experiencing the same issue - I can't tell if that fix you posted is the solution as the link is no longer valid. Could you try posting it again so I could see if it worked?
