Link multiple graphs in dashboard with time

Hover over linked charts in dashboard at time T and have all other charts show the same vertical time for their respective time T

On hovering over 1 chart, show values of all lines in all charts for the timestamp under hover. Not clear if any other panel should change in interaction. You can do some research here

Basically, a user would want to see values of all the charts (and lines in it) whenever he/she hovers over a timestamp of interest

This hover will be present over all bar charts and line charts where we can sync the time-stamp.

If this is a P0, push the feature and add a keyboard binding to toggle it on/off.

I'm in the process of picking up settings to define user and workspace level settings separately. We have been plugging in a bunch of configure options here and there, kaafi haphazardly.
