`k8s_container_*` metrics not shown for k8s with Spot Instances

Bug description

After following Kubernetes Infra Metrics Docs, able to integrate kubelet_stats receiver. However, k8s_container_* metrics are not present.

Expected behavior

To obtain k8s_container_* metrics along with other metrics after the integration.

How to reproduce

1. Spin up EKS cluster with Spot Instances
2. Follow the infra metrics guide to integrate kubelet_stats and other receivers
3. Import Dashboard with CPU and Memory Metrics from SigNoz UI
