ready-to-use aletrs for services and common scenarios

There are certain kind of alerts almost every team and org sets up for monitoring their systems. While the new builder makes it easy to write query, there is still some learning on how it works. It can be time consuming and repetitive to write similar alerts.

It would be really nice feature to have pre-built alerts ready to be enabled with sane defaults (and can be customized) for known alerts. For instance they would include

• High CPU usage
• High Memory usage
• Network errors
• Disk I/O threshold limits
• Error rate of requests for service in the past X interval
• PXX latency exceeds the threshold

This is also makes it really quick to setup for an end user either evaluating the SigNoz as an alternative or a new on-boarding customer migrating from some existing vendor.
