Improve docs for dashboards

We should have Get Started page for dashboards that has explanations for:

  • Import json
  • ~we should remove this section as this is not available: https://signoz.io/docs/userguide/manage-dashboards/#steps-to-import-a-grafana-dashboard~

Will add more improvement points as I come across them.
