Most pokemon have updated sprites, though some either have bad new sprites or still need them, such as: - Zapdos - Articuno - Sudowoodo - Houndour - Larvitar - Tyranitar...
The map shown in the area section of Pokédex is the Hoenn one. Be careful with this especially when implementing the Legendary Beasts part.
