v1.5.0-Edge-1 UI feedback - Linux items header scroller in lower right

On both Mac and Linux, the "tabs" on the lower right area (console, probing, etc) have < > arrows to scroll between items. Additionally, on Linux, there is a separate scroll box below that seems unneeded (plus, it is sort of ugly sticking down into the console area, etc.)
