[addons] Extend addon kubevirt to use an UI for connecting to vmis

With guacamole we have a good example how to add an UI for kuebvirt vmi's. This has to be integrated into the kubevirt addon. Also a K8s controller needs to be implemented, that should listen on all vmi state changes and add the connection information to guacamole for visualization.

With this issue the kubevirt addon will also get an simple and easy to use UI for connecting to the running vmis.
