SMB-Share addon enhancement for new worker nodes added by node cmd

The issue #39 introduces the possibility to add and remove new nodes. Within this issue the smb-share addon needs to be enhanced so that it supports these additional nodes.

In case of the smb-share addon the additional nodes in the K8s cluster also need to be considered to participate in the SMB sharing as clients. For the case the share is available on windows as well for the case the share is made available in the master all the new nodes need to be smb clients for that specific share.
