Contents of Webview Flickering when resizing window or resizing...

the webview staggers and flickers whenever we resize or minimize/maximize the browser window. webview should show its contents all the time even when resizing and with no flicker!

I have heard online that the guys developing electron faced this same issue before but it seems was solved with latest build maybe we should check them out see how they worked around this problem!

Testing was done on windows 7 64bit will also test later on linux and other OS options but it would be faster if linux and mac users in the sielo team checked this and verified if the problem is also faced on those systems...
