Hi, i generally prefer to use AMR simulator, there is a way to directly import AMR(AskMrRobot) APL, like this one: http://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/rotation/amrdeathknightunholy?spec=DeathKnightUnholy&version=live ? You can export it.

Honestly? It's probably doable, but not worth the time. The simcraft translator is over 5000 lines worth of code so it would take a lot of programming time.

Do you make custom action lists for AMR or just use the default? Because most of their default action lists are just based on the simcraft ones anyhow.
