Add indicator for batch deleting objects

Deleting a folder can take a while. We should display some sort of message indicating that the deletion is actually happening to avoid people trying to delete the same folder over and over.

• check folder size before deletion
• start deleting folder
• show a progress bar for the deletion using the original folder size and the current folder size
