Export node info zip

A button called Report issue which shows the user a dialog with a confirmation button. If the user confirms, the UI will prepare a zip archive of node info that they can attach to a github issue.

The zip includes: active contracts, the consensus state, the autopilot config, the gouging config, the redundancy settings, the hosts etc, basically a dump of most endpoints.

Could provide a list of checkboxes for the user to check for them to be able to exclude certain information.
