Contract Pagination and Filtering no longer works

Current Behavior

When the number of contracts exceeds a single page sorting, filtering, and paging no longer works correctly. I do not know if this also affects v2 contracts, but I would guess it does.

Expected Behavior

Contracts to be displayed and paginate correctly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the contracts page on a host with more than 100 historical contracts
2. Sort by "active"
3. The number of contracts should match the number on the dashboard.
4. Notice contracts are missing.

@n8maninger could you message me the specific host, I tried on one and don't seem to be able to recreate.
