can't remote play outside of home WIFI

ps4ren allows devices to be registered for Remote Play on home WiFi. When you try to remote play with a registered device outside of Home Wifi, it requires you to activate your PS4. Is it possible to trick the 5.05 PS4 into being activated in order to use Remote Play on the go ?
