Path to Waveguide bend radius always results in Default (5um) bend radius

The SiEPIC Path to waveguide function does not change bend radius of waveguide paths. The function creates the waveguide, but always sets it to the default bend radius of 5um.

This is intentional. The waveguide paragrams are read from Waveguides.XML. These fields are read-only (though the GUI needs fixing).
