New placeholders needed and better stats counting

Placeholders which would be usefull: %blockball_game_lastHitPlayerNameScoringTeam% - Last touch of a player who is on the team that scored the goal. %blockball_player_goalsFull% - Like other stats.

Features/bugs? Count goals for (%blockball_game_lastHitPlayerNameScoringTeam%) to goal stats. Do not count own goals to goal stats.
