Thank you for raising this issue. It is in fact a problem. In my opinion, it should be implemented wrapper-wise first and then implemented in the images. Transferring this issue...

Thank you for this PR! As it turns out LDAPS seems to be supported for Kerberos only at the moment. Even in smart mode, NTLM doesn't have the `--use-ldaps` option....
