Revised MPC Controller

Hello,

I would like to implement this MPC controller on an A1, but the link for the revised MPC controller is developed at CMU REX Lab Github says Error 404 Not Found. Is there a new link to this repository? Also was there a paper where the formulation and theory for this MPC controller is outlined? I would also like to take a look at that and deploy the MPC on an A1, thanks!
