Add RapidAPI integration

This can be cut in 3 part.

1. The Entry using Webhook
2. Managing investigation capabilities
3. Managing threat capabilities

The Webhookis the best way to get info on creation of an investigation. Then there is an OpenAPI base on region EU and US that can be found here: https://help.rapid7.com/insightidr/en-us/api/v1/docs.html .
