Improve responsiveness of docs website

While travelling at the moment, I was looking at the site from a Galaxy S21 with the latest Chromw browser.

Currently, the rendering did not work as expected for a mobile device. I've attached some screenshots attached of the current responsive behaviour.

Cheers! We got a developer working on fixing responsiveness everywhere right now, with docs being part of that. Since 95% of our users come from desktop, it hasn't really been a priority yet
