In our case, this issue is the reason not to enable GitHub Advisories. Added vulnerabilities and better descriptions are awesome. But the noise induced by ~80% of duplicated findings makes...
Solved on our side by removing the `index` directory and restarting the app No idea of the root cause tho. The server just broke by itself during the weekend

Root cause is than `winsizeCallback` runs in the main thread and calls `self.postEvent(.{ .winsize = winsize });`. But this thread also locks the queue to pull events. I don't known...
