Sync Batch Norm

Thank you for your sharing. By quick search on github i found that you open an issue in Sync Batch Norm repo: https://github.com/vacancy/Synchronized-BatchNorm-PyTorch/issues/3 Is this the main reason that sync batch norm is not supported in this PANet repo?

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your interest. Actually, this is a long story. To be honest, I firstly tried the PANet on another codebase which is not released currently. With that codebase, I tried the SyncBN but the performance is not as good as expected. So I haven't try the SyncBN with this repo yet. I may update it if I have some new results.
