Rogue Mosaic Tile

Environment: Xcode v6.1 6A1052d iPhone 5s 8.1 Simulator FFAP Tuesday November 18th

The colorspace transition from the RBG to gray leaves behind a mosaic tile. The below picture was taken during an animated transition: screenshot 2014-11-18 10 17 27

Expected behavior: Tile is "picked up" (removed) animatedly with the rest.
