Option to disable "Skipped" logging with verbose flag enabled

It would be nice if there was an option to disable logging of "Skipped" files when verbose is enabled for commands like theme deploy.

When deploying a theme I want to see what files were updated or removed, but showing me a list of skipped files isn't all that useful, and 9/10 times a theme deployment will only update a handful of files but then show 20-30 skipped files.
