Shopy themekit "theme watch" not detecting the file changes

I have installed the new themekit for the Shopify theme development using choco.

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OS Version: 10.0.19041 N/A Build 19041 System Type: x64-based PC

ThemeKit 1.1.1 windows/amd64

When I am using theme watch and changing files it's being stuck to below state. Nothing happening. No file is being updated.

An update for Themekit is available. To update please run theme update 20:01:31 [development] Tenacious Pets: Watching for file changes to theme 120232411171

add : theme watch --allow-live flag
