Highlight mandatory flags for commands

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I ran the theme configure command for the first time, I didn't know which flags were allowed (or necessary) to make that command run. When I ran configure --help, I glossed over the list of global flags and missed the ones that were mandatory for the command.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to see which flags are necessary for the command more easily - either as a highlight (bold?) in the global flags list or as part of the Flags list.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently, this is easy to work around by clicking on the docs link from configure -h and going from there, but the extra step could be avoided.

Setting this down for a bit as the params are very much tied to the base CLI framework, which makes this quite a bit harder to achieve.

I believe it will require a fairly big change to achieve the desired behaviour, which is likely not worth the effort. So for now I'm stopping working on this until I've had a chance to discuss it a bit further.
