Section block settings do not complete nor show description when hovered

Describe the bug When referencing section blocks in default or presets, their settings are not offered in completion. When you hover over the setting after typing it, it does not show it's setting label.

• Completion and hover for section block settings should work the same as theme blocks

Actual behaviour

• Completion and hover for section blocks settings don't work
