Unknown tag 'sections'

As the name refers to, the Shopify Liquid Extension does not recognize 'sections' as a valid tag. Documentation is here - https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/architecture/section-groups

Did you update your shopify-cli / theme-check? The docs no longer live in this repo and are automatically pulled from https://github.com/Shopify/theme-liquid-docs.

Simply running theme-check in a repo would be enough to trigger a download of updated docs.
