Support rendering flame graphs for unpublished themes

Problem

When I run the flame graph, while previewing an unpublished theme that I have made changes to, I don't see the updated changes reflected in the flame graph.

Replication steps

1. Reduce the number of products rendered for a "featured collection" component in an unpublished theme.
2. Run the flame graph tool and you will see the number of products rendered for the "featured collection" component is from the published theme and not the unpublished theme that you made the change in.
