MacOS and Windows support.

Description

I know this is a significant ask but I'd like to place this on the feature request list for consideration.

Microsoft has put a significant amount of effort into MacOS and Windows support through their libraries

It would be wonderful to be able to bring these tools to desktop.

I'd like to ask, since i am a total beginner, how do i start working on this feature? What needs to be done sequentially to help kick start porting RN Skia to RN Desktop for MacOS and Windows? @maintainers and @wcandilon

macOS support has landed

Closing for now, but if there is something we can do to have windows support, let me know. The issue with Windows support is that we would need to have a dedicated backend for it but with Graphite, we can use Dawn on Windows as well so hopefully eventually we will be able to provide that.
