Component contribution guidance should document steps for style guide changes
In helping contributors ship a significant component contribution, I realized we haven't documented the steps necessary to update the various parts of the style guide when the component changes, which can include the component's:
- Category
- Preview image
- Crosslinks
- URL redirects
- Examples
