Index table 'loading' indicator not respecting user locale

Issue summary

On the Index table, the 'loading' word in te loading indicator is never translated despite the entire OS, browser and user language being in other language

Firefox:

Expected behavior

Should show 'chargement' instead of 'loading'

Actual behavior

Shows 'loading' despite all language features set to french

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Try changing the language of either the shopify account, OS or browser
