Bulk changing of texts

My question is for multilingual page, you can download the *.csv file for translated language from Shopify, as such:

From the downloaded file, at least for translated language, you can edit and reupload; and finally - the texts are changed accordingly. However, can we do the same for default language. There're a lot of re-wordings that I wish to do in a multilanguage page.
