Fix: Example to Include host parameter in afterAuth redirect

This change to the example is inline with server.js in the Shopify / shopify-app-node repository : https://github.com/Shopify/shopify-app-node/blob/master/server/server.js It makes it convienient (possible?) to redirect back into the Iframe for an embbeded app.
