[Skeleton template] Can't scroll down to "Continue to checkout" button in Safari mobile

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to skeleton.hydrogen.shop
2. Add any item to the cart
3. View the cart, and attempt to scroll down to bring the "Continue to checkout" button into view
4. Bug: it won't let me scroll down, and therefore I am blocked from going to checkout to complete my purchase

Bug: on my phone, Safari mobile	(no bug) Viewing mobile screen size in Chrome on my laptop
