Canonical link from `getSeoMeta` is not updated on path change

Thank you for the response @blittle! This makes sense, had missed the implementation of getSeoMeta utility.

Something to improve: Just noticed in the Demo Store that the canonical link from getSeoMeta is not updated on path change. Other fields such as title and description are updated
