[Themes] Batch reporting of theme asset upload failures

1. theme-uploader Let's update the theme uploader results to batch report theme upload failures
2. theme-fs for update and delete failures let's render this in a consistent manner with (1)

We might need to change some other code in our package to achieve this such as here
