Scoring sync improvements

Store all scores in a new table for the sources that we sync with separately: User, AniDB, MAL, Trakt.

Add setting which would define what happens in case of conflict: (Do nothing, Always use [user, anidb, mal, trakt] score.

Default option is - do nothing, user has to resolve manually, if server detects that it is about to overwrite something with default setting it will abort the operation.

Add a new utility to show conflicts so user can select the "correct" score which will then update the other scores for the community sites.
