DESCRIPTION

in the upcoming instantiation of the server and related tools/functionalities, please add a condition related to the import folder a file is located in e.g. I've got folders for GerDub, GerSub, Other (and _manual, if none of the criteria for the first were met or determinable) I'd prefer files in folders higher up that order (so GerDub > GerSub > Other, exclude _manual)
